Really straight forward and friendly guys. We were a bit nervous about buying a used van on a tight budget... but Auriga made everything so easy. On top of the RAC warranty and breakdown cover provided, they sorted a couple of minor snags for us before we bought the vehicle. So we drove away happy and confident. I recommend Auriga Cars Ltd, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. No pushy sell, friendly service - even picked me up from the train station when I came to pick up the van.

These guys fly in the face of used car salesmen. From the moment I first spoke to Jim until the sale was completed they could not have been more straight and helpful. I had a potentially complicated sale as traded two vehicles and live 250 miles away and a lot of business was done on trust. Jim and his colleagues were however true to their word , they offered me great trade ins against what was already a well priced vehicle. It was an absolute please to do business..

I was looking for a nice motor, I fancied a sporty Jag, a few years old, not too bad on the mileage, and still a bit of a looker. Yup, a mid life crisis car. I spent the usual month looking at the 'Trader website on the iPad until I stumbled on Auriga. I live 100 miles away from them, and it's a bit of a ball ache having to drive that far unless you are confident in the car, and the people who are selling it. So I phoned up. I got to speak to Jim, smashing fella, straight talking, just the sort you need when looking for a new motor, I made an appointment to drive down the following day to have a look. Jim was having a rare day off, but one of the owners (Nick) would be in, and Nick would take care of things. So I bit the bullet and made the long journey. I was late, a couple of hours late, but Nick wasn't phased. We soon had sorted out the hello's, a quick nip for a wee and a brew, and we were chatting about cars, about life, and just laughing. What a great bloke. The car I'd come to see was in the showroom, it looked mint, it was 6 years old and it still looked amazing. Nathan as my co-pilot who showed me a well tried out circuit, a good mix of small roads, and some that can allow you to earn speeding points. Oh yes, this was the ticket. Nick had all the paperwork to show me that you could want for a car, good service history, low owners (one). Nick was a pleasure to deal with, we had a quick chat about price and reached an agreement, but I said I wanted to have a think and chat to my boss about it (the missus). Not a sign of frustration from Nick, just smiles and a bit of banter. The following day I woke up, and called Nick, we laughed some more. I realised that the car was right for me, as was the people selling it, and I gave the nod to process the sale. I made the trip to collect the car by train, Jim came and collected me from the station. The motor looked even better the second time. I drove the 100 miles home, a very happy chap. Bought a Lexus IS200d that was in perfect condition, love the car by the way. No pressure from sales staff at all and nothing to much trouble for them.
