Fantastic customer service from initial enquiry right through to collection. Nothing was a problem to Izaak and the team at Auriga cars during the whole transaction. We made an initial enquiry on the car. A video call was offered to show us around the car. A viewing was then arranged at my convenience for a few days later. A deposit was paid to hold the car off sale. We viewed the car, bought it the same day and arranged collection 3 days later. Picked up the car which was perfectly presented, serviced with a full MOT. 10/10 for every stage of the transaction.

I don’t change cars very often and usually find it ‘messy’. Auriga’s made it a very smooth process from demo to purchase. Including the transfer of private number plate. After sales was really good and they were patient at answering my questions when they arose re the change from pure petrol to plug in hybrid. All in all a very good service.
