Friendly sales team, fair price for part-ex, hassle free purchase. Disappointing that I have had to replace the battery and adblue within a couple of months - would expect these to be sorted or at least advised on pre-sale inspection/service. Very little after sales support - just told ‘tough luck’.

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry you feel this way. We can see you have owned the vehicle over 4 months now. In time you will notice that Adblue needs to be topped up regularly as the engine uses it every journey, it's like putting diesel in your car. As for the battery, these can only be tested at the point of sale and it was at operating properly that time, there is not test for when they could fail. Therefore batteries are classed as a 'wear and tear' component and are not covered under our RAC Platinum warranty, as clearly stated in your policy document.
