What a pleasure it was ,dealing with Auriga cars, having had a large number of cars over 50 yrs it was a pleasure being looked after by Isaak, who didnt have to get a price off his boss like you get at main dealers, Got a fair price for mine and bought an exceptional looked after Kia at the right price no pressure at all, wish i had known before that Auriga was only 10 miles away from me

What a refreshing change it was to purchase a new car with Auriga; no upselling, pressure sales or staff circling you like sharks, with the scent of a fresh commission in their nostrils! Instead, I dealt with Izaak who, from his fair opening px offer to handing over the keys, was a real pleasure to do business with. Open, honest and really helpful, especially in putting my mind at rest when the vehicle's HPI report flagged outstanding finance (he even provided a letter confirming that the agreement had been settled, which I thought was a really positive way to treat a customer). Throughout the journey, Izaak and Auriga were true to their word, from start to finish, providing a full service, MOTing the car and putting on four brand new tyres, and replacing the front discs and pads. I will definitely be returning to purchase another car from them in the future, and would definitely recommend to anyone who just wants an honest, upfront car sale with zero BS, and without all the unnecessary razzmatazz which so many car dealers these days seem to think that customers want (e.g. watching videos about products we have no interest in/intention of buying!).Thanks Izaak and the Auriga team.

A great experience from start to finish. From my initial test drive with Izaak to collecting my new car. Everything was dealt with in a efficient, friendly & helpful manner. The car was prepared to a fantastic standard, thanks to Izaak & his excellent attention to detail. The car came with great warranty for extra peace of mind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well cared for second hand car.

Second car purchased this year..this time for my son..as with my own vehicle absolutely 5 stars…had to wait a while as we viewed the car when it had just come into stock but well worth the wait..( wouldn’t let us take it until everything was perfect)..we dealt with Jim again but all the staff are friendly and approachable…the couple of things I neede done on my own car were handled by Ash in the service department under warranty with no fuss or drama..and really put my mind at ease when looking for my sons car.. Thanks again from us all and look to doing business with you all again…daughter next when she passes her test.

As Good as it Gets

Purchased a Ford Vignale from Auriga cars with a part exchange. Due to family commitments I have done four long journeys (1800 miles in total) including 820 miles to Scotland and back in the last three weeks. The car has been perfect throughout with no problems. It has been a pleasure to deal with a garage that has friendly knowledgeable staff who have time to spend with the customer. (Jim, Nick and Issak}. Everything was done to assure a stress free collection including number plate changes, even some petrol in the car. Larger main dealer garages could learn a lot from Auriga about customer service and how to treat customers. Would recommend to anyone who is worried about getting a good deal without being ripped off. Many Thanks.
