I bought a Santa Fe Two weeks ago and I am more than happy with my car.From viewing the car ( with grandkids in tow) I dealt with Jim he is friendly helpful and knowledgeable no pressure and nothing to as to much trouble.I had one small problem with the reverse camera one phone call and my car was back in the garage and a new camera fitted really is a 5 star dealer and would not hesitate to recommend.

Picked up my Mercedes Yesterday from Auriga. Izaac gave me great customer service from buying it up until picking it up. Really nice lad and recommend buying from these lads

Terrible customer service, completely wasted a week of my time. Enquired about one of their cars and arranged to view it on a Sunday, got a phone call from Isaac on Saturday saying they didn’t have the car as was getting alloy’s refurbished still, he said he would phone me back during week when they got the car back to arrange a viewing, never heard back from him again, then on Wednesday it said on their website that the car was sold! Wouldn’t have been annoyed if I was just contacted to say someone else has bought the car.

I have tried calling and E-mailing you earlier as I am sorry you feel let down. After our initial conversation regarding the A-Class you were offered you the opportunity to leave a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle subject to viewing/test driving. Unfortunately you chose not to do this, hence the vehicle remained on sale. Subsequently, another client called on Wednesday and purchased the vehicle over the telephone. I do endeavour to contact all customers back to let them know the vehicle is no longer available but unfortunately you appear to have ‘slipped through the net’ on this occasion, for which I apologise.

Bought a car last weekend with Issac dealing with us .Can honestly say after 35 years of buying cars this was the best car sales.Car was fully service,mot'd and even timing belt done.Imaculate when I picked it up.Thanks again Issac.

They are a business but….. A friendly no pressure environment where nothing is too much trouble to make sure you get the right result!! Once again (car bought sight unseen) totally happy with my purchase. 5 stars all round!!!

They delivered my new car today and collected mine that I part exchanged. What a great company to deal with, completely honest and trusting. They took me on my word regarding the condition of my car and everything they told me about the car I bought was 100% true. I've a few years on the clock and wish every car dealer I've dealt with over the years was like these guys. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again.

I wasn't able to finalise my finance agreement this time round (personal circumstances) so deal fell through, but I had been in contact with Jim from Auriga Cars and for the brief contact I had, the service certainly complimented the company's 5 star reviews. When the timing is right, I really hope these guys would have the right car for me, because as far as the credibility, trust and service go, Auriga seems to tick all the boxes! Hopefully we can do business together in the near future!

Our first contact was with Isaac and from first viewing to test drive and purchase nothing was too much trouble for Isaac, He kept in contact with us every step of the way with no pressure and everything we were told we would get with our purchase we got, we would definitely recommend Isaac and all the team at Auriga Cars.
